Our Story
Two coaches. One experience built around you.
Scott and Cait work with every client together — bringing different strengths to the same table so nothing gets missed.
Most people come to coaching knowing something needs to change, but not quite how to get there. That's exactly where we work. Scott brings nearly two decades of experience helping people recognize the patterns quietly running their lives. Cait brings the kind of deep empathy that comes from lived experience — the ability to sit with someone in hard places and help them find their way through. Together, we build something neither of us could build alone: a coaching experience that's both clear-eyed and deeply human.
Scott
Scott has spent 18 years helping people see what they can't see on their own — the recurring patterns, the invisible systems, the habits that feel like personality but are actually just practice. His work is practical and grounded, but never cold. He knows that strategy without heart doesn't stick.
Cait
Cait's coaching is rooted in her own journey. That's not a talking point — it's what makes her different. She understands what it feels like to be in the middle of something hard with no clear way out, and she knows how to help people find their footing. Her approach is compassionate and action-oriented. Sitting with someone isn't the same as staying stuck.
Together
Every client gets both of us. We design your program together, we stay in communication throughout, and we bring our combined perspective to every step. You don't have to choose between structure and support — that's kind of the whole point.
